Privacy Policy
Luvii collects account, profile, and usage data to operate the app. Media you upload is stored in project storage. This Policy describes retention, deletion, and related details for the Luvii iOS app (Explore moments, recipes, messaging, and profile features).
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: email; authentication credentials handled by our auth provider; Sign in with Apple identifiers when you choose Apple.
- Profile data: display name, avatar, and other profile fields you provide.
- Content & media: moments, recipe-related content, captions, comments, messages, and similar user-generated content.
- Usage data: app interactions and basic device/OS information needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Purchase data: if you buy virtual coins via Apple In-App Purchase, we store resulting balances and related transaction records.
- Support communications: emails you send to support.
2. How We Use Information
- Create and secure your account
- Operate Explore, recipes, messaging, profiles, likes, follows, blocks, and reports
- Host and deliver media you upload
- Process virtual coins and unlocks subject to in-app rules
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests
- Improve performance and fix bugs
3. Storage (luvii-media)
Luvii stores account, profile, posts, channels, messages, and related records on Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage, Realtime). Media files (for example avatars, moment images, and recipe covers) are stored in the luvii-media Storage bucket under user-scoped or content-scoped paths where applicable. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security policies.
4. Retention and Deletion
We keep account and content data while your account is active. You may delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. This action cannot be undone. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must retain for legal, security, or accounting reasons (for example abuse reports or purchase ledgers). You may also request deletion by emailing trantrongdai926@icloud.com from the address linked to your account.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We share data only as needed with:
- Supabase — backend hosting (Auth, Database, Storage including luvii-media, Realtime)
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchases
- Service providers who help operate Luvii under confidentiality obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Children
Luvii is not directed to children under the minimum age required by local law. If we learn we collected data from a child without proper consent, we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update profile information in-app, block users, and delete your account in Settings. For other requests, email trantrongdai926@icloud.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS, authenticated APIs, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
