Terms of Use
Luvii is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for content you share. Virtual coins and unlocks are subject to in-app rules. By creating an account or using Luvii, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The Service
Luvii provides Explore (community moments), recipes, messaging, profiles, and related social features. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country.
3. User Content (UGC)
You may post photos, captions, comments, messages, and other content. Content you post must comply with applicable law. You retain ownership of your content and grant Luvii a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have all rights needed to post the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
4. Community Rules
By using Luvii you agree to follow community guidelines, respect other users, and not misuse the service. You may not:
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Post illegal, pornographic, hateful, or violent content
- Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt Luvii
- Cheat coin or unlock systems or exploit bugs
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, remove content, or limit features.
5. Virtual Coins and Unlocks
Virtual coins and unlocks, if offered, are subject to in-app rules and Apple In-App Purchase terms. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are licensed for use only inside Luvii. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimers
Luvii is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the conduct of other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luvii and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Luvii at any time and may delete your account in Settings. Account deletion cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or inactivity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Luvii operates its primary business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where consumer laws require otherwise.
